Packaging Development Director, Hindustan Unilever Ltd
Ramaiah.Muthusubramanian, shortly known as Muthu, he is the Packaging Development Director for Laundry Category for Unilever. He joined HUL as an Executive Trainee in 1993 & has been associated with HUL for the last 22 years. He has held a series of assignments in Packaging R&D, Supply Chain Technology, Planning & Procurement functions. Muthu has worked in UK and Singapore offices for a period of 6 years. He holds a Master’s Diploma in Packaging Technology from IIP, Mumbai.
A N Jha
Executive Director (Petrochemicals), Indian Oil Ltd
Shri A N Jha, has been working with Indian Oil for more than three decades and has rich experience in petroleum sector including marketing. He has been working in petrochemical business of Indian Oil for the last one and half years. Presently he is heading Petrochemicals Group of Business Development vertical of Indian Oil.
Yukio Iimura
Chairman and CEO, Toshiba Machine Co Ltd
Mr. Iimura studied mechanical engineering at the Japanese university and joined Toshiba Machine Japan in 1980 where he began his corporate career as a mechanical design engineer working on injection molding machines.
Mr. Iimura successfully completed the development of all-electric injection molding machine in 1999 in the shortest possible time of just six months when he was the manager-in-charge of the injection molding machine development of Toshiba Machine. This development has contributed immensely for the growth of Toshiba Machine and to secure the leadership position in this field and the all-electric injection molding machine still remains one of the company’s major products even today.
Aldo Quaratino
Global Technical Director, Matrix Polymers Ltd., UK
Aldo is the Global Technical Director and Board Member of Matrix Polymers. Prior to Matrix Polymers he worked as R&D Engineer at ICO Polymers. He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Cassino University in Italy, and also worked as a Scientist at the former British Rubber Producers Research Association for 2 years. He lead successfully a number of projects aimed at developing new materials for the rotomoulding industry by using advanced chemical technologies.
Shailesh Haribhakti
Chartered and Cost Accountant & Chairman of DH Consultants Pvt. Ltd.
Shailesh Haribhakti is a Chartered and Cost Accountant, and a Certified Internal Auditor, Financial Planner & Fraud Examiner. During a career span of four decades, he has successfully established and led many innovative services. Currently he engages with, the Indian Merchants Chamber (IMC) , Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) and the Associated Chambers of Commerce and Industry (ASSOCHAM).
Dr. Naoshi Kawamoto
General Manager and Head of Polymer Additive R&D, ADEKA Corporation, Japan.
His undergraduate work related to photo-electrochemistry, and graduate work involved the design of biocompatible polyolefin surfaces. In 1987, he joined a major polyolefin producer in Japan, and took charge of polymerization catalyst and gas-phase production process developments for polypropylene.

Since 2002, he has been involved in polymer additives R&D at ADEKA Corporation focusing on the development of new nucleating agents and clarifying solutions for PP as well as innovative anti-oxidant research. In addition, he is the head of Adeka Polymer Additives R&D and Global Technical Service.

Dr. Jitendra Sharma
Advisor, Health and Medical Technology, Govt. Of Andhra Pradesh
Known in technology forums as the “Med Tech Man” Dr. Jitendar Sharma is the Director & CEO of Andhra Pradesh MedTech Zone which is Asia’s first medical devices manufacturing city. He is the Adviser for Health to the Hon’ble Chief Minister, Govt. of Andhra Pradesh and a Fellow at Joanna Briggs Institute of Evidence Based Medicine at University of Adelaide, Australia besides the program Director for Health Technology Assessment (HTA) fellowships in India. Awarded among the “100 most impactful healthcare leaders” in global listing by Health & Wellness Congress for 2017, he established the Healthcare Technology Division and was the Founder Director of WHO Collaborating Centre for Medical Devices at NHSRC under Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India.
David Chen
Technology Director, Fu Chun Shin Machinery Manufacture Co. Ltd
David is the Technology Director at FCS. He holds a Master’s degree of Business Management from the National Cheng Kung University. He has been with FCS since 1987.
Stephen Knowles
Managing Director, IDC
Stephen Knowles is the Managing Director of IDC since 2005. He is a Mechanical Engg and holds a PhD in mechanical engineering.Prior to IDC he worked on the design and development of CNC laser cutting systems and textile equipment. Since 2005 IDC has grown by around 60% and Stephen has spearheaded Industrial Design Consultancy’s move into China, opening a studio in 2011.Stephen is a member of the Council of the Institution of Mechanical Engineer, which represents over 90,000 professional mechanical engineers, and is has been a director of the British Design Innovation, the voice of the UK industrial design industry. .
